If your business has a storefront, a phone number or a website, it is likely in that data already. Claiming the listing is how you take control of what it says, or have it taken down.
Open your listing, use the correction link, and tell us what is wrong. Open data goes stale, so corrections come from the person who actually runs the place. There is no charge and you do not need an account.

No, and this is the one thing we will not bend on. Results are ordered by how complete and confident a record is. An upgrade adds a page, photos and a link to your site. It does not buy position, and there is no paid placement anywhere in the directory.
A verified page carries a normal followed link to your site, which search engines are free to follow and count. We will not tell you what it will do for your rankings, because nobody honestly can. It is a real link on a real page about your business, which is more than most directory listings give you.
No. Upgrades bill monthly and you can stop whenever you want, without emailing anyone or sitting through a retention call. Cancel and the page reverts to a free listing at the end of the month you already paid for.
Claims and corrections are handled by a person, so allow a couple of business days. You will get an email when it is done.
We do not sell the contact details you give us when you claim a listing. What is published on your listing is public by design, but the email and phone number you use to reach us stay between us.
